Regardless, at this time, my heart stings with it. 

My rational self says of course what you are saying makes perfect and complete sense. 
My caveman self, well...you can't reason with the unreasonable. 

The thing I resent most is my reaction to the situation at hand. 

Mix rationality with emotion, and somehow I make...bitters. 

...And this guy.

Memory versus Experience

Evidently...

We don't choose based on predictions...

We choose based on the anticipation of experience. 

Which is probably for the best because who can predict? 
Just because a pattern is seen doesn't mean it will continue unabated. 

I mean, how boring. 

So,  I will remember fondly, 
And continue to anticipate. 

In honor of high hopes,

Good luck,  milagros,  wishes, hopes...

We armor ourselves with these. 

Layer upon layer. 

Hopefully,  under the weight of it all,  we remember who we are, and not become only what we are protecting against. 

I offer the Battle Rattle Minion,  kitted up and ready to fight, protect, give good luck with milagros,  wishes,  hopes...

He's strong enough to take it on.  So we can be ourselves.

Only The Beginning...

I'd like to say it is over. 

Finally. 

No more pressure,  no more staying up late,  sewing Minions,  attempting to be creative.  

Attempting to make sense of it. 

But,  as I put the finishing touches on the Inspirational Minion,  I realized...          It is not really over. 

Inspiration Minion,  cheering you on,  heads above the nay-saying masses,  urging you to Go Go GO! 

For the past month we've each managed to eek out a 1/2 hour of our lives and dedicate it to making.  

We've,  in the past month,  tapped into the universe of creative energy and,  

for lack of a better term,  for better or worse... let her rip.  

All I can say is,  nice job!  From watercolours to pizza dough to instruments to knitting...nice job!!!!! 

All the Inspiration Minion can say is...see how easy that was?  A 1/2 hour!  

Don't loose touch of the creativities now!!! 

I mean,  your studio space is set up,  right?  Supplies purchased!  Ideas sketched!  Go Go GO!!! 

I'm gonna keep making,  I think.  Until I use up all this felt.  :)  You can,  if interested,  find me at beaglesandyetis on Posterous.
